So it happen (happening actually) The comendant of fifth police station in Czestochowa Doing as He said...
„I will do my best to destroy this place”
In 11 march near "our" home came police car with dog (his design was looking for drugs). The police didn`t came inside squat area, they was stending near gateway and was searching all people who tryed to enter squat. (In this day we planed to make a benefit hip hop concert for hostel for homles animals). Forth people who have been going by car with neaded stuff to make a gig near gateway was arested. The reason? Police telling that one of them was a drugs owner... Police didn`t found this for example in the pocket of somebody, in theirs meaning it was near cher in the car We hope that they will take a dupt from this drugs pack becouse we are shure that nobody from this car wasn`t owner of this litle pack (0,48 gr. of mariuana). Maybe you think that it`s not serious count but in poland even if you have a litle piece of hash or mariuana for own use, you may go to the jail. Hovever... It`s doesn`t mater what they can do for that, the most important is nobody from this car wasn`t owner of that. And now we looking for justice. Why police hate us so much??? why they doing that all to destroy our live??? in 11 december 2004 we organized tehno party, some of people who came on the party was owners of drugs (12 persons) and police arested those people on "our" area, but they was a arbitrary people, they wasn`t squaters, even they wasn`t our friends, they just came on party. On the other hand police done a big action to evict squat. About 20 cars, dogs, preventives units etc. In thinking that we (squaters) are "outside the low"(becouse we living as we living) they stold 2000 zł, computers, one of the police man throwed our cat and brought his leg... We puted a meny claims to the central police office. in the Czestochowa, and to the public prosecutors office. And some of policmans was in trouble, and we was a reason of that. (Theirs acts in our opinion). So it wasn`t accident that this drugs in the car "found" police from the same office. Now we thinking what more they are able "to find"? They are unpredictable.
If you would like to help us, we nead money for the lawyer for one of person who was in the car. For now only for him, in the future, maybe its bether that we dont know.
